Returns & Exchanges
At Pacifico Greens, we want you to love what you ordered and feel good every time you wear it or bring it to the course.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- free of stains, odors, or damage
- returned in original packaging when possible
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? No problem.
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.
Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged:
- stickers
- golf tees
- sale / discounted items
- limited drops
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery.
Send us your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right.
How to start a return
Email us at support@pacificogreens.com with:
- your order number
- item(s) you’d like to return
- reason for return
We’ll send you next steps as soon as possible.
