Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered from Pacifico Greens.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition.

Please note that items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with original packaging when applicable.

At this time, we do not accept returns on used stickers or opened accessories.

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return, and we’ll help get it taken care of.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.
